At our company, we see graphics & videos as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We’re looking for a talented and innovative graphic designer & video editor who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and digital media.
The ideal candidate should have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, you should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into an attractive design that connects to the audience. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other team on project concepts
- Determine voice and messaging for graphic/video design pieces
- Develop product illustrations, logos, and other graphics/videos as needed
- Discuss and advise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
- Select colors, font, images, and layout
- Create visualizations (either by hand or via a software program) which convey accurate messaging and undertones as dictated by the project
- Present designs to stakeholders and applicable teams
- Implement feedback and changes when appropriate
- QA designs for errors
- Pass final design to development or publishing teams for release
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school graduates or college students are welcome to apply
- Portfolio of extensive designs used in successful marketing campaigns
- Proficient with graphic design and video editor software
- Exceptional creativity and innovation
- Experience with both print and electronic media
- Attention to detail
- Time management and organizational skills
- Strong interest in digital marketing or content creation
- Able to discuss ideas and work together in a team
- Able to do research and analyze content
- Keen eye on aesthetics, creative, open-mindedness, diligent
- Able to work with deadlines & targets
